Facility Maintenance

Service different residential and commercial properties offering any preventative maintenance on these facilities

Will travel to different locations each day as their work orders will be given to them the morning of with their assignments for the day

General maintenance duties will include:

- Minor electrical repairs such as switching out light fixtures, switching out outlets, replacing switches, replacing light bulbs. There will be no troubleshooting really in this role for electrical

- Minor plumbing issues from clogged toilets, any leaks coming from toilets or faucets, fixing garbage disposals if malfunctioning, and other minor plumbing. If it's a serious plumbing issue, a contractor will be called to fix the issue. This will NOT fall on our maintenance tech.

- General handyman duties such as fixing blinds, fixing broken cabinets, hanging curtain blinds, minor painting if required, fix any fans, and other general hand tool duties around the facility.
