Job Description:
- Candidate must be able to run mills and will be trained on lathes
- Candidates will set up and operate two CNC Haas Mill machines
- Candidates will use Fauc controls on the machines
- Reading blueprints to machine parts
- Change tooling on machines, tweak speeds and feeds, made edits to programs
- MasterCAM programming
- Will use micrometers, calipers and gauges to inspect parts
- Perform quality checks
- Job Shop environment 1-200 parts depending on orders
Work Environment:
- 1st shift
- Monday - Friday 7a to 3p
- 40-45hrs
- $18 to $24
- Job shop environment
- This is a non-union facility
Qualifications:
MUST HAVES:
- MUST have 3+yr of CNC Mill exp.
- MUST be able to set up and operate own CNC Mill machines
- MUST be able to program using Mastercam
- MUST have experience with Facuc controllers. Will also take Heidenhain OR Mitsubishi
- Must be able to read blueprints
- Must be able to perform own quality checks on parts using micrometers, calipers and gauges
- MUST be able to work in a job environment
- MUST be willing to learn to operate lathes
Performance Expectations:
- Will be measured each day on quality of parts, production numbers being met and attendance
Additional Compensation:
- 1.5x after 40hrs
