Cleanroom Machine operators needed $15-$18 - Full-time / Part-time

**HILLSBORO COMPANY LOOKING FOR SKILLED MACHINE OPERATORS**

Reporting to the Team Lead, Operations Associates will be required to perform a wide variety of process, analytical and maintenance procedures for the manufacturing of compression molded polyurethane polish pads for the semiconductor industry.
Successful candidates will:

* maintain rigid housekeeping standards and follow applicable safety rules.
* have the ability to work as a productive, cooperative and professional member of a team of operators on his/her shift.
* possess strong attention to detail and the ability to follow specifications and procedures in a precise manner. Results oriented and quick learner.
* have proficiency in windows based computer applications.
* demonstrate organization skills - complete all necessary documentation and ensure all data is accurately reported.
* support rigorous quality systems in a disciplined manner to meet microelectronic customer expectations and maintain ISO certification. Prefer experience with SPC rules and programs.
* be actively involved in problem solving and work closely with the team to come up with effective solutions to meet customer requirements.

Required for consideration:

• HS Diploma or equivalent required
• Machine operation in cleanroom environment
• Must have more than a year of tenure at last 3 jobs
• Must be able to articulate past work experience
