Job Description

We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives at one of our top Fortune 500 Clients in the Twin Cities. This role will support one of this clients newest and top initiatives.


Position Overview:


* Routine communication (primarily inbound and outbound phone) and some email with clients, in home consultation team, store locations and local leadership to schedule appointments.
* Operational and administrative support - produce high quality reporting (capturing of client needs within notes section of tools)
* Single point of contact for calls received from the national 1-800 number for the consultation strategy
* Arranges and coordinates in home consultation schedules, meetings and appointments for the In Home Consultation team (In-Home Advisor role)
* Provides support as the primary point of contact for all In Home Consultation leads generated in stores, online or in bound calls
* Updates customer profiles in CRM as new information becomes available to ensure client info is up to date and readily available
* Can expect around 15-25 calls per hour

Available Shifts:

  • 8:30am-5:00pm
  • 9:30am-6:00pm
  • 12:00pm-6:00pm

Weekend Day: (one is required; both are preferred)

10:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.

30-minute lunch with two 15-minute breaks

**Please note that ability to work 1 weekend day is required, though candidate can decide which weekend day that they are available. They will also then receive one day off during the week, working a total of 5 days per week.**

Skills Overview:

MUST HAVE 1+ years of call center experience

  • Prefer if candidate has experience with both inbound and outbound
  • Computer knowledge
  • Bilingual preferred, though not required
  • Customer focus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependability and accountability
  • Ability to learn quickly, along with a desire to learn
  • Organized with good time management skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to sell a service to customers
