Medical Assistant - Will Pay For Certification - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant for a family physician office in Fishers, IN. Medical Assistants are expected to provide excellent patient care in both front and back office settings. Candidates will work alongside an experienced family practitioner and other healthcare staff daily.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities include rooming patients, completing prescription refills, taking vitals, updating patient information, managing the physician schedule, prior authorizations for prescriptions, assisting with minor office procedures as well as other clinical and administrative duties.

Aerotek's client is willing to pay for Medical Assistants to obtain Certification.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• AT LEAST 1 year of clinical medical assisting experience
• EMR/EHR experience (NextGen a plus)
• Medical Assistant Diploma
• Front and back office experience
• Patient centric mindset
• Candidates must be willing to get Certified within the first year of employment. Aerotek's client is willing to pay for the certification test.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience in family practice setting

• North side of Indianapolis

HOURS:

• Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
