Civil Technician - Full-time / Part-time

Progressive regional consulting engineering firm seeks highly motivated candidates for
Project Engineer position with an extensive background in civil site and water resources
for our Newport News office.

Duties are varied and include project scoping, budgeting and scheduling, complete
project design, and client communication. The position requires the application of general civil engineering design techniques and principles on a variety of civil site and public and private water resource projects. Typical project responsibilities include report
preparation, engineering computations, hydraulic modeling, development and review of plans, technical specifications, contract documents and estimates.
