Associate Scientist- IMMEDIATE NEED!

Aerotek Scientific is looking for qualified 3 Associate Scientists who want to work for a pharmaceutical contract research organization located in the Columbia, MO area.

Position Summary:

• Intermediate level professional position involved in somewhat complex day-to-day activities in a laboratory setting under protocols, SOPs, and methods.
• Provides somewhat complex analytical work on projects and studies using a range of analytical techniques and instrumentation.
• Works with increasing independence on studies and assignments.
• Works under CGMP and GLP guidelines for studies and highly focused on documentation skills.
• Assists in conducting, monitoring, and reporting pharmaceutical studies to ensure data accuracy and report quality to clients.
• Provides basic analytical work on projects and studies using a range of analytical techniques and instruments.
• Works as a team to hit a final goal of helping a company move their pharmaceutical development of the next stage.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Must have a degree in Biology, Chemistry, or some sort of life sciences.
• Must have at least 6 months of ANY experience doing cell based assays, cellular biology, immunology, ELISA, Western Blot, HPLC, GC, LC/MS, ICP, GC/MS.

Starting Pay, Benefits, and Working Hours:

• Pay Rates: $15 - $18.00/hr (based off of experience)
• Full Benefits available (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, etc.)
• Relocation packages provided
• Monday - Friday 8 AM - 4:30 PM
