Qualifications:

  • BS in Engineering Discipline
  • At least 1 Year of Industrial / Manufacturing Engineering Experience
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office & Statistical Analysis Programs
  • Scheduling Experience Preferred

Job Description:

  • Applies basic Industrial Engineering concepts, techniques, analysis and decision tools to promote and implement changes in manufacturing, engineering and service operations.
  • Develops models, data bases and spreadsheets to analyze data and provide summary analysis and metrics as directed by higher level employees for consultation to customers (e.g., management, departments, suppliers).
  • Applies basic industrial engineering techniques and concepts to process design teams throughout all phases of the production lifecycle, resulting in a robust production process and work statement that meets program requirements. etc.
  • Create Reports on historical data and forecasting results from applicable systems
  • Analyze data and implement solutions to achieve Operational goals
  • Identify improvements and collaborate with the Operations team to implement
    solutions
  • Interface daily with manufacturing support groups and leadership to understand, prioritize, and help resolve production issues
  • Identify Areas of Improvement/Lean Initiatives and Assist in Implementation
  • Daily Schedule Control and Development
  • Ensure Optimal Utilization of Personnel and Materials to Meet Operational Plan (Includes Manpower Forecast, Critical Segment Analysis, Work Flow Prioritization, etc.)
  • Continued Cost Analysis and Metric Development
  • Production Budget Analysis and Forecasting
