Call Center

POSITION 1:

Hours: 8:00am - 7:00pm (All candidates need availability to work within that time-frame)

Pay: $12 + Commission

Job Description: Assist with sales requests from inbound phone calls. Easiest sales job you will ever have because the customer is calling in looking to buy!

POSITION 2:

Hours: 8:00am- 5:30pm (Monday through Friday)

Pay: $11

Job Description: Handle consumer requests by inbound/outbound phone, email and chat communication relating to orders, status, requests, and general information. Customer service requests include expedites, changes, reworks, exchanges, status, billing questions and payments, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous customer service experience preferred

GED or High School Diploma

Qualified candidates must be willing to submit to a drug screen and background check
