About this job

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience

Training or experience in a debit card operation

3+ years of supervisor or lead experience

Responsibilities:

-Develop cardholder account servicing procedures relating to Client Support processing
-Develop and maintain a competent and professional staff with expertise in debit card operations and services
-Develop capacity plan that will aid in determining appropriate staffing levels based on volumes and other related criteria
-Report key volumes to management in weekly and monthly reports
-Keep the Client Support Manager apprised of the daily operation of the Client Support department and identify any problem areas or improvements that require action and seek resources to resolve or implement these changes
-Ensure Client Support department is informed of any changes or additions to their duties
-Ensure that projects, updates and adjustments, routing, charge backs, call sheets, monitoring reports, and any other projects in the queue are completed within their allotted time frames
-Ensure financial institutions are informed of any changes made within the Client Support Department
-Ensure Client Support program functions in a smooth and efficient manner, projecting a positive image to participating financial institutions and enabling them to offer debit card services in a cost efficient manner
-Ensure appropriate file and route maintenance, charge backs, adjustments, call sheets and updates meet internal standards
