*HIRING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE*
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handles high volumes calls from members who have been prescreened as potentially eligible for the Medicare Savings Programs/Medicaid.
- Completes program applications for members and ensure that application packages are prepared for mailing to member on daily basis.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must have 2 - 3 years of professional call center experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
SCHEDULE:
Mon. - Fri., 9am - 6pm/ 10am - 7pm /11pm - 8pm/ 12pm - 9pm
