*HIRING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE*

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handles high volumes calls from members who have been prescreened as potentially eligible for the Medicare Savings Programs/Medicaid.
  • Completes program applications for members and ensure that application packages are prepared for mailing to member on daily basis.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must have 2 - 3 years of professional call center experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

SCHEDULE:

Mon. - Fri., 9am - 6pm/ 10am - 7pm /11pm - 8pm/ 12pm - 9pm
