Customer Service Representative (Project) - Full-time / Part-time

These individuals will be working in the Retail division of Aerotek's Client's Customer Care Department.

They will be taking calls from Customers from the eCommerce side of business .

Calls might consist of customers who are inquiring about product damage, discrepancies on a receipt for returned items, or general questions about products or inventory availability.

Please keep in mind that this call center can field calls from any type of inquiry and there are some random, one off situations that can occur. For example, someone could be calling in who is upset for Aerotek's Client not sponsoring a charity of theirs. Could have questions in regards to their loyalty rewards programs.

They will need to be very comfortable handling call from upset customers as a good portion of the calls will be from disgruntled customers.

Will be handling 70-90 calls a day
