Our Client is looking for a customer service expediter to start on their team immediately. These reps handle phone calls and emails pertaining to products. They may have to transact orders within their ERP system. Trouble shoot any issues with orders and resolve effectively. Enter purchase orders into their ERP system and reconcile as necessary. Process discount information. Perform rebilling operations if necessary. This is a very email heavy position, less than 20 phone calls a day usually around the 10 mark.

This will be for a maternity leave. This person works with the Loaner team. Essentially our client has certain equipment that is loaned to various doctors throughout the country, then it is used and sent back to our client and then back out to the field. The attention to detail must be very high for this group as surgery times cannot be missed and equipment must be readily available if they show it in their inventory.

Qualifications:

  • ERP/CRM experience
  • Associates Degree
  • 1 year of professional office experience
