Machine Operator

NOW HIRING MACHINE OPERATORS TO START ASAP!

Seeking experienced Machine Operators to join our growing team in a printing plant in Richmond, VA

Job Details:

• Starting pay at $12 - $15 per hour!
• 40+ hours weekly!
• Must have previous experience operating printing/ bindery machinery or working in a manufacturing environment
• Must have experience working in a fast pace and deadline driven environment!

Job Duties:

• Leads, gives directions to and monitors crew members in the operation of bindery, press and pre-press equipment
• Responsible for operating bindery, press and pre-press equipment
• Able to perform mechanical maintenance and offer advice to resolve machine malfunctions
• Ensure proper machine setup, operation and maintenance
• Must be able to lift 40lbs consistently to load machines
• Ensures product is cut, folded, etc. in accordance with supplied documentation and customer quality expectations
• May provide advice, training and guidance to bindery operators and assistants
