About this job
Our client's headquarters is located in Brooklyn Park that takes inbound calls for 10 major markets. The Twin Cities, Madison, Milwaukee, Denver, Atlanta, Saint Louis, Indianapolis, Chicago and Salt Lake City.
Customer Service Representatives will be handling between 50 to 60 inbound calls per day. These calls will be regarding anything auto glass related, they will take orders, might do 3rd party calls to set up the claims, dispatch, quoting sales prices, order processing, scheduling customers and a variety of other duties. The candidate provides customer service to customers in need of immediate glass replacement leading to successful sale or processing insurance claim assignments of glass replacement or repair over the phone.
Consumer Call
"My windshield was just hit by a rock, I will need a replacement immediately, can you help me?"
"I have been driving with a crack on my windshield and it just keeps spreading, can you send someone to replace it as soon as possible?"
They look for very personable individuals who have good work history, customer service experience, and excellent attendance records.
Responsibilities:
Answer multi-line phones in a timely manner
Document customer information accurately
Determine needs of customer
Use appropriate scripting relevant to the call
Schedule glass replacement and repairs
Provide customer information to repair center
Follow up with the customer (as needed)
