Specific Expected Contributions (including duties and responsibilities)
• Effectively communicates to the project and revenue management leadership team on issues tracking and resolution.
• Directs the solicitation and incorporation of field, e-Commerce, Sales and Marketing, and Worldwide Reservations stakeholder input to enhance support documents
• Provides business direction and support for all brands (HPP, One Yield, MRDW etc.).
• Updates or creates documents to support Revenue Management systems .
• Assists with Worldwide Reservations, e-Commerce, Regional and Market organizations, to evolve revenue management policies and procedures for all brands globally.
• Works as a liaison with MARSHA Global Procedural Support and Reservation Systems Services staff, to communicate Revenue Management policies and procedures to ensure consistent and accurate system support for the field.
• Designs and develops Total Hotel Revenue Management business processes.
• Provides subject matter expertise for Revenue Management training initiatives and supporting hotels.
