Levain Assistant Baker/Retail Associate - Full-time / Part-time

Levain Bakery is looking for a hardworking and fun-loving candidate to join the team at our Hamptons location as we plan to open the store year round. We are a locally-owned business that has been selling some of NYC's most popular cookies, baked goods and breads for over 20 years. Our Hamptons staff works behind the counter helping customers, many of whom have been regulars since the store opened in 2000 and learns how to prep and bake all of our delicious breads, pizzas and pastries.

Things to Know:

The bakery is located in the village of Wainscott, township of East Hamptons

The bakery will be open part time during the off season and full time from Memorial Day-Labor Day

Responsibilities:

-Provide a high level of customer service and hospitality

-Maintain product knowledge of all of our baked goods, sandwiches and pizzas

-Take initiative, be proactive, and ask questions

-Be a team player and a positive influence on others

-Stay calm and composed under pressure and have a good sense of humor along the way!
