Job Description
Description: Seeking a motivated and creative individual for a sales position at a highly successful landscape and development firm. We are looking for an individual who wishes to work as a part of a team, with the drive to help our company expand through successfully bidding on jobs and marketing our services effectively. Another responsibility for this position would be to work with and manage the accounts already active with the company.
Responsibilities:
- Provide the professional expertise to Bid on small and large scale residential projects. A candidate with experience in design and the ability to sell projects as well is preferred.
- Commercial experience is helpful.
- Work closely in a collaborative office space with hands on owner.
- Estimating and contract documentation.
- Managing current Accounts to assist with landscape/ general contracting needs.
Requirements:
- Creative thinking with excellent communication skills
- Valid Driver’s License
Salary and Benefits:
- $45,000 to $65,000 with vehicle and benefits
Job Type: Full-time, Year-Round.
Preferred experience:
- Landscape Design and Bid: 3 years
· Estimate Hardscape Construction.
