Position Summary

Assist customers to create a desire for the products and services available at Jaffe Jewelers. Meets sales goals, displays merchandise, monitors inventory to responsibly perform operational functions. Demonstrate Jaffe Jewelers core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety of self and others.

Jaffe Jewelers also requires that all employees perform all tasks in a safe manner consistent with corporate policies and state and federal laws.

Sales and Marketing

· Achieve store sales goals by demonstrating strong personal selling skills

· Demonstrate knowledge of company policies

· Demonstrate proficiency in solving customer service issues quickly

· Participate in ongoing training of sales team

· Participate in regular one-on-one coaching discussions with store manager to provide continual feedback to improve performance

· Create and implement strategies to achieve sales and profit objectives

· Maintain a professional work environment, including standards for dress and appearance

· Participate in training to become knowledgeable on all jewelry lines

· Participate in community networking experience

· Demonstrate excellent customer service skills

· Maintains client database

· Participate with management for event planning

· Participate in social media marketing

Jaffe Jewelers Sales Associate

Operations

· Demonstrate proficiency in software to correctly enter daily sales receipts

· Participate in maintaining Jaffe Jewelers inventory controls

· Participate with management for posting invoices, receiving inventory items

· Demonstrate ability to take direction, learn new tasks quickly, pay attention to detail, and multi-task in a time sensitive environment

· Demonstrate flexibility in work hours to accommodate a 6 day work week and extended hours during Holiday season

· Ensure compliance with Jaffe Jewelry Handbook
