Responsibilities
* Ensure the smooth operations in every aspect of the restaurant
* Overseeing the managers, supervisors, and team members of a high volume casual dining restaurant
* Ensure each shift is organized and running smoothly from guest service to food expediting
* Build positive relationships with vendors, guests and staff
* Responsible for P&L, Budgets, Labor Costs, Food Costs, and other reporting.
* Hiring, training, coaching, corrective actions, terminations, etc
* Oversee the training, coaching and discipline of staff in accordance with company policies

Qualifications:
* POLISHED and tenured 2-4 Minimum of GM/AGM experience in full-service HIGH-Volume trendy concepts
* Strong knowledge of bar inventory and management and MUST be Guest Obsessed ( Internally and Externally)
* Ability to coach/mentor team to include hiring or training staff
* Complete knowledge of systems and standards
* Willingness to work late nights in a trendy high volume restaurant
* Thorough understanding of restaurant operations
* Guest-focused and service-driven
* Previous experience with training, coaching, and mentoring
* Desire to oversee a winning team
* Ability to work long hours and do whatever it takes
* Be very charismatic, positive, energetic, and adaptable
