Job Description
Position: CNC Finishing Operator
Number of openings: 1 - Start ASAP.
Location of role: Plymouth, MN
Hours/Days: Thursdays = 12pm - 6pm & Friday-Sunday = 6am - 6pm.
Compensation: $13.51 base pay + $1.00 shift differential = $14.51 hourly
Description: Trim plastic and aluminum parts in accordance with customer requirements using available
hand and power tools such as, but not limited to, knives, diagonal-cutting pliers, band saws, grinders, and
sanders. Identify quality issues relating to trimming, milling, packaging, and order fulfillment.
Qualifications:
- Able to work safely with sharp tools/objects, such as but not limited to, hobby knives, utility knives,
- diagonal-cutting pliers
- Able to safely operate hand held and stationary power tools.
- Able to use a computer and calculator. Able to read and write in English, and do basic arithmetic.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment.
- Must be punctual and have good attendance.
- Strong attention to detail is required.
Physical Job Requirements:
- Stand and/or sit for the full shift.
- Lift up to 70 pounds waist high, carry up to 70 pounds when needed.
- Essential job duties require reaching, bending, and grasping; good finger dexterity, ability to do close work and good vision.
