This position is to provide a positive, professional experience to Clients and CAREGivers visiting the Naples office. The Office Coordinator is expected to perform a variety administrative duties, primarily focused on CAREGiver Recruitment and Engagement. The Office Coordinator is expected to complete administrative duties and support other staff members to provide the highest quality service to clients.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome each visitor in a friendly, warm and professional manner
  • Answer each incoming call in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner and distribute incoming calls to the appropriate staff members
  • Answer each employment inquiry in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner
  • Develop and implement new recruitment strategies online and within the community
  • Schedule and conduct applicant interviews in an efficient and professional manner
  • Following the Home Instead Senior Care Standards conduct reference checks, criminal background and motor vehicle check and drug screens on all CAREGivers
  • Develop and implement a CAREGiver engagement program
  • Assist with the development of CAREGiver in-service training schedule
  • Assist with the development of CEU training program
  • Enter and maintain accurate client and CAREGiver records in the ClearCare
  • Document all calls using proper tags in ClearCare
  • Communicate client and CAREGiver concerns or problems with Leadership Team as appropriate
  • Ensure Home Instead Senior Care standards are met and upheld
  • Maintain regular attendance at the office to execute job responsibilities
  • Demonstrate open and effective communication with Leadership Team, colleagues and CAREGivers
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team

 

Position Requirements:

  • High school graduation or the equivalent
  • One year of related business experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
  • Must be able to pass a level 2 background screen and preemployment drug screen
  • Must have computer skills and be proficient in Word
