• Provide a high level of guest service and to listen and empathize with guests and employees at all times. Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
• Park, relocate and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
• Complete all assigned tasks as well as checklist duties in full and in a timely manner.
• Deliver and retrieve guest luggage in a safe, efficient and timely manner.
• Provide rides for guests within the local area using hotel fleet vehicles.
• Respond to guest inquiries with accurate information in a timely manner.
• Store guest luggage for arrival and departure in an efficient manner.
• Follow and adhere to all valet and bell brand standards.
• Deliver all mail, packages, faxes, confirmation cards and various items to guest rooms in a timely manner.
• Facilitate secure storage and transfer of guest skis and snowboards; storage of bikes.
• Other duties as assigned.
