Assembler - Full-time / Part-time

Pneumatic Assembler needed for a north side manufacture.

Responsibilities include:

                     Under direction of the Assembly Supervisor be responsible to plan, layout and install complex piping systems, valves and controls in accordance with specifications.

                     Review work orders and specifications.  Determine material needs, plan and layout piping and hoses for hydraulic use in products.

                     Select, cut, thread, form and install piping, gauges, valves, fittings, meters and fixtures to best suit requirements. 

                     Prepare, cut bend and form brackets as necessary to hold and position piping.

                     Receives work assignments and review drawings, blueprints and specifications to plan work and sequence of operations.  Work from multi-page and progressive drawings and perform limited line layout to accurately assemble structures.

                     Use a variety of precision measuring devices to assure dimensional accuracy and precision fitting and aligning

Experience needed:

                     3+ years experience as a Pneumatic Assembler

                     Ability to follow instructions, blueprints and specifications

                     Inspection of assemblies

1st shift

$18-20/hr. based on experience

Position will last approximately 6 months opportunity to be hired direct based on performance
