Responsibilities:

         Inspect partially assembled or finished medical device parts

         Inspect and test incoming materials and its components

         Record quality results of incoming materials, in process production, and finished product

         Conduct visual inspections and measurement tests

         Document and maintain the inspection results accurately in the quality database

         Ensure proper operation and calibration of equipment and instrumentation

         Assist in writing/revising of inspection standard operating procedures, protocol, and checklists

         Evaluate problems and make recommendation for corrective action

         Provide feedback to assemblers regarding accuracy of assembly procedures

         Review Device History Records and other documents for completeness, compliance, and Good Documentation Practices

Qualifications:

         High School Diploma or equivalent with 2+ years experience in a medical device manufacturing environment.

         Minimum 2 years of experience as Quality Inspector is preferred

         Must have good English written and verbal communication skills

         Good mathematical skills are required

         Mechanical aptitude desired

         Must be proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
