Customer Care Representative - Full-time

One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning is a local, family-owned company specializing in providing premier home services. Our sister companies Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and Mister Sparky Electric operate out of the same building and staffing responsibilities are shared among the three branches. Our goal is to provide our customers with an experience that is above and beyond expectation often times in stressful situations such as no heat, no water, or no power. We believe that this process begins as soon as the customer picks up the phone.
