We Are Looking To Fill Multiple Customer Service Oriented Positions With People That Want To Make A Difference In People's Lives And Contribute To Our Company And Our Mission. Customer Service: answer inbound calls from patients, doctors, and Medicaid/Insurance plans, process orders, patient set-ups, clerical duties Authorization Specialist: work with doctors, patients/families, and Medicaid plans to obtain authorization for prescribed diabetic supplies Insurance Verification: patient set-ups, confirm Rx and DME benefits for commercial insurance, work with patients on cost and ordering supplies (1-year previous experience required) Hours are 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.Central time, Monday thru FridayBilingual in Spanish a plus We are accepting resumes for both full-time and part-time positions.
