In this exciting part-time entry level, Fraud Representative position, employees work to strengthen our relationships with our valued Discover Card members. Successful agents can expect to become full-time Fraud Representatives. Representatives in this Fraud position routinely engage card members for the purpose of verifying potential fraudulent activity on accounts identified as having potential suspicious activity identified by the various detection systems. Representatives initiate card member contact by means of an automated dialer and process late and trailing transactions on fraud status accounts, processing quick closes and processing zero fraud loss cases. Key Skills/Qualifications: Communication Skills – must be able to speak clearly and use a customer friendly tone. Interpersonal skills – must be able to relate to co-workers and manager, building a good rapport. Accountability – ensure compliance with Fraud Operations policies and procedures, completing assigned workload Flexibility and Adaptability – must be able to adapt to changing business needs. Achievement / Results Oriented – must be able to meet business goals outlined for the position. Analytical Thinking – must be able to decision late transitions are fraudulent or the actual customers. Customer Service Orientation – must possess a customer focus mindset. Training: Start date: 3/12/18 3 weeks, Monday - Friday from 2:00pm – 7:00pm. Schedule after training: 2:00pm-8:00pm Mon-Thu 3:00pm-8:00pm Fri Rotational weekends Pay: $11.50 (increased pay and additional benefits once promoted to full time) The Arizona Republic.
