Our friendly and welcoming Front Desk Agents provide attentive, courteous and efficient service, creating a memorable and personalized experience for our guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout. The North Platte Tru by Hilton is searching for a Front Desk Agent!

Responsibilities:

• Greet and interact with guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner
• Provide highest level of service by anticipating, listening attentively, and responding promptly to guests’ needs
• Promptly handle guest service requests and guest complaints to meet and exceed guest expectations
• Work in cooperation with other departments to ensure a positive guest experience
• Use computer system to make reservations, check-in and check-out hotel guests, process payments
• Perform tasks such as answering phones, maintain a cash drawer, operate office equipment
• Ensure guest and hotel safety by knowing all safety, security and emergency procedures
• Pre-opening responsibilities will be required

Positions/Shifts Available:

• Daytime (7 AM-3 PM)
• Evening Shifts (3 PM-11 PM)
• Night Auditors (11 PM-7 AM)
• Full Time AND Part Time Positions Available
• Weekends and Holidays Required.
• Flexibility to cross train on other shifts/departments is encouraged but not required.
• Availability to attend pre-opening training during daytime hours is encouraged but not required.
