Staffmark currently has an opening for a talented individual to fill the role of Switchboard/Call Center Operator to direct incoming phone calls utilizing the multi-line phone system with a premier employer in Fayetteville Ar. As a Switchboard/Call Center Operator, you will be responsible to direct incoming phone calls utilizing the multi-line phone system as well as provide information to on-sight/incoming guests and offer administrative support to the department.
The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, data entry skills, excellent verbal communication, problem solving skills, documentation skills, listening skills, phone skills, and be able to resolve conflicts and provide solutions.
Mon- Fri 8-5
