International investment bank is looking for an executive assistant that has experience working for high level executives. The ideal candidate should have between 7-9 years experience within finance including but not limited to venture capital, hedge funds, intl. investment bank, etc. We are looking for someone polished, professional in their work and who is a team player.
The responsibilities include:
Manage all travel arrangements including domestic & international
Consistently manage ever-changing schedules and calendar management as well as provide support when executive is traveling oversees
Act as liaison between department and other executives
Manage all expense reports. scheduling conference room and maintain office equipment
Compensation is open, with bonus and paid OT
