What you'll be doing: In this role, you will be scheduling appointments, sending emails, answering inbound calls, and assisting with outbound calling campaigns to determine if identified Members are interested in Wealth Management Services. Position will be making and receiving calls from members in a call center environment. Responsibilities:- Schedule/ reschedule/ cancel appointments using Salesforce and Microsoft Outlook.
