Food prep, cooking, cashiering, driving the truck, delivering catering orders, cleaning, grocery shopping we all do all of the tasks. Basic kitchen experience in food handling, some prep skills, a passion for making great food excellent attitude and work ethic, and a sense of humor. There's a wide variety of things to do - we travel and serve from the truck throughout the Bay Area, and also do full service catering for Weddings, Birthdays, Corporate events - any celebration.
