PRIMARY DUTIES WILL BE TO *Tend up to four compression molding machines that mold elastomeric rubbers into products, such as automotive parts, home appliances, and medical parts.* Be Responsible for any continuous molding operations in the cell* Load machine with rubber pellets or pads in molds installed in machine.* Start machine that compresses rubber into mold under heat and pressure, and allows rubber to set for a specific time, according to specifications.* Remove products form mold and cle
