- Inbound Call Center for misdirected calls. - Use scripted response to assist insured, claimants, agents, providers & State Farm employees.- Provide contact information for the claims adjuster/and or team that's handling the Auto/Home/Boat/Commercial Claim.- Identify customers concerns to transfer calls to the appropriate party.- Send detailed phone messages to the Adjuster if unavailable.- Must stay within scope of State Farm CSCT training and call flow. - Provide "Remarkable" Customer Service
