The Lead Cashier is responsible for excellent customer service and for all customer transactions. They will oversee Cashiers. The Lead Cashier is accountable for the cash transactions with daily and monthly parking customers. They make sure correct change is given and all transactions are accounted for correctly. The Lead Cashier is responsible for quality service, customer satisfaction, clean facility areas and a safe work environment. The Lead Cashier must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.
