Shift Manager - Full-time / Part-time

Kono Team members are responsible for performing a variety of duties, which may include but are not limited to cleaning the food or stock areas, operating the pizza oven & other Kono equipment, food preparation , maintaining inventory; cash register and performing all other responsibilities as directed by as assigned by management. This is a non-exempt position.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Assists Store Management in overseeing day-to-day operations. Operations not limited to but including the duties and responsibilities listed below. This is a non-exempt position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Timely and punctual attendance

Maintains store appearance, ensures cleanliness at all times

Consistently exhibits quality customer service

Demonstrates and promotes teamwork Maintains personal grooming and appearance at all times Creates a safe and pleasant working environment

Completes required paperwork accurately and timely per company standards

Follows company guidelines, policies and procedures Prepares and maintains food products in accordance with health regulations and company standards

Operates all equipment safely and efficiently

Complete all other restaurant tasks and activities assigned by the restaurant manager

Requirements

• Must be able to work a flexible shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to properly lift, pull, and push up to 50 lbs.
• Must perform basic mathematics
• Must be able to stand up for at least an 8 hour shift
• Repetitive standing, stooping, and bending as necessary

Job Type/ Expected Hours to Work:

• Minimum 30 Hrs
• Flexible Hours
• Weekdays and Weekend hours available

Salary: $12.50 to $13.00 /hour
