Team Member/Cashier

We are a Quick Service Restaurant serving pizza and dessert options in a cone. This Pizza cone concept came from Italy and we want to bring this to New England. We also offer Gelato and Panini options. Check us out at https://konopizzama.com/.

Kono Team members are responsible for performing a variety of duties, which may include but are not limited to cleaning the food or stock areas, operating the pizza oven & other Kono equipment, food preparation , maintaining inventory; cash register and performing all other responsibilities as directed by as assigned by management. This is a non-exempt position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Timely and punctual attendance
• Greets all customers with a smile and friendly greeting and follows customer service policies and procedures
• Cleans and stocks customer eating area, work stations, and equipment
• Maintains a solid knowledge of product and services available
• Assists with a variety of kitchen-related functions as needed
• Maintains store appearance, ensures cleanliness at all times
• Consistently exhibits quality customer service
• Maintains personal grooming and appearance at all times
• Creates a safe and pleasant working environment
• Follows company guidelines, policies and procedures
• Prepares and maintains food products in accordance with health regulations and company standards
• Operates all equipment safely and efficiently
• Complete all other restaurant tasks and activities assigned by the restaurant manager

Requirements

• Customer service and cash handling experience preferred
• Must be able to work a flexible shift, including nights, weekends, and holiday
• Must be able to properly lift, pull, and push up to 50 lbs.
• Must perform basic mathematics
• Must be able to stand up for at least an 8 hour shift
• Repetitive standing, stooping, and bending as necessary

• Minimum 30 Hrs
• Flexible Hours
• Weekdays and Weekend hours available

Salary: $11.50 /hour
