Assisting the customer or client in choosing the right material for their bathroom or kitchen counter tops is actually a very important decision. After all, the countertop material is going to be there for many years, and will have a profound effect on the value of the home going forward.

 

Job Duties:

  • Release all templates packets into production as required with urgency.
  • Working with the schedule technicians to complete service calls, scheduling any meeting that pertain to your position.
  • Double checking all purchase orders for mistakes or any errors that we missed.
  • Calculate square footage for each home.
  • Double check that all product is being billed for correctly.
  • Confirm all color selection with customer or client, prior to releasing to production.
  • Respond to all emails the same work day as receiving it.
  • Checking all voice message 3 times a day. (When your day starts, after lunch and prior to leaving for the day.)
  • Knowledge of Supply-Pro System. (Checking system daily for reschedules, and all alerts).
  • Great at communication, problem solving and knowledge of EPOs.
  • Know your book of business, each client, each home, and or sub-contractor. (This will help you put out any problems if required)
  • Knowledge of process for dry runs.
  • Working closely with all measure technicians, to ensure all forms are being completed quickly and correctly.
  • Making sure that all material required for each project is double and triple checked on measurements, color and specific details to finalize the order of material requested.

  • Must be sales-driven, money-motivated, and possess a strong work ethic.
  • Must not be afraid of the phone and be able to make numerous outbound business to business calls.
  • Follow-up on leads daily, and maintain an active pipeline.
  • Work with numerous manufacturers to obtain pricing, check inventory, and get lead-times on products you will be selling.
  • Able to uncover big opportunities that will be passed on to managers. **
  • Must be looking for opportunity to grow as a sales person.
  • Thrive in a high-energy, fast pace setting.

Analytical -Collects and research data; Uses intuition and experience to complements data.

Design -Translate concepts and information into images; Demonstrates attention to detail.

Problem Solving -Gathers and analyzes information correctly.

Oral Communication -Speaks clearly in a positive professional manner, ability to control the conversation and remain persuasively in a positive or negative situation; Listening, and confirming complete clarification; Responds well to question, with urgency.

Written Communication -Writes clearly and informatively; proof reading, ability to edit work if spelling or grammar issue, creative writing, presents numerical data effectively; Able to read and interpret written information.

 

Essential Details:

Available to work Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm (occasional Saturday)

High School Diploma or GED Preferred, 2 years’ Experience can override education

1 year experience Inside/Outside Sales (Preferred Industry Experience).
