We are seeking a Greeter to join our team!
You will be responsible for helping and encouraging customers by service information upon their requests via auto centre, such like pay station, located inside parking lot of Garden State Plaza, West Field shopping malls( just behind of Neiman Marcus, Parking Deck B/ Level 1)
Responsibilities:
- Handle and help customer inquiries for smooth traffic
- Provide information about the services upon their requests
- Maintain a knowledge base of the evolving services
Qualifications:
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Plus w/previous experience in customer service
