General Manager

Summary:

The General Manager is responsible for effectively marketing, managing, and producing profit in this enclosed Regional Mall of over 300,000 square feet. The General Manager will lead on-site team and ensure the property performs according to organizational goals and directives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manages departmental financial metrics, including but not limited to property budgets and tenant compliance reporting, CAM reconciliations, expense reporting. Reports to Director of Property Management regularly on these items.
• Directly supervises the on-site team to meet operational objectives, including marketing and promotion.
• Manages vendor services and vendor relationships in order to maximize value to tenants as well as Ethan Conrad Properties.
• Effectively resolves tenant and customer issues at the property.
• Works closely with Directors of Property Management and Facility Management in developing systems and processes that increase tenant satisfaction, internal efficiencies, and profitability. Ensures that the appearance and cleanliness of the Mall meets ECP and tenant requirements.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent from four-year college; 10+ years progressive property management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Enclosed Mall Management experience preferred.
• Real Estate Agent License preferred.
• 7+ years commercial real estate experience preferred.
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks and work well under pressure.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project).

Experience in Facilities Management and/or Work Order Software, i.e., Yardi preferred, MRI, SAP
