As a driver, you put the smile on our customer’s faces (and keep the tips you make!). Motivated drivers can make up to $15-20/hour with tips. Drivers deliver our high quality products to our customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner. You may also be cross-trained to perform in-store skills like pizza making, ingredient preparation, ordering taking and more! And if you are interested in pursuing leadership opportunities throughout the franchise and brand, we got that too. Most of our promotions come from within! In addition to enthusiasm and integrity, here is what you will need for the job:• Friendly Demeanor: Smile, speak clearly, and thank our customer.• Clean Driving Record: Safety is a priority. You also need a valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable vehicle.• Basic Math Skills: Make change for customers and manage cash.• Navigational Skills: Reliably operate car, read map, locate addresses and navigate varied terrain (e.g., steps).• Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old. • Above all, you must be hard-working, team-oriented, friendly, and honest.Note: This is a franchise position.
Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the team member is required to constantly use hands repetitively, stand for prolonged periods, walk, grasp firmly, strongly and lightly with hands, and use fine finger dexterity. The team member is frequently required to bend over, twist, reach above shoulder level, crouch or stoop, kneel, repetitively use feet, climb, and use head and neck in a twisting or static motion and to look up and/or down, and lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
