Description:
Papa John’s Pizza is seeking a Shift Lead to help manage all functions of a Papa John’s restaurant to ensure that quality customer service and products are being delivered to our customers. We are looking for leaders! Successful candidates should demonstrate strong operational skills, be customer-focused, and a team-oriented leader. Shift leaders run the staff when the manager is not on duty. You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes cost controls, inventory control, cash control, staffing, scheduling, and customer relations. You will also help in the restaurant's daily routines, such as pizza making and order taking, interact with customers, and act as quality control. You will help ensure customer satisfaction through training employees properly and adhering to all company standards. Importantly, you can be proud to play a key role in contributing to our brand’s success. Many team members stay with us and pursue leadership opportunities throughout the franchise and brand. Additional Requirements:• Must be at least 18 years old. • Ability to work with phones, computers, keyboards, touch screens, and fax machines. • Basic math and ability to execute cash management duties. • Strong verbal and communication skills.• High School diploma or GED preferred. • Prior Papa John’s work experience a plus. • Above all, you must be hard-working, team-oriented, friendly, honest and committed to great customer service.Note: This is a franchise position.
Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the team member is required to constantly use hands repetitively, stand for prolonged periods, walk, grasp firmly/strongly and lightly with hands, and use fine finger dexterity. The team member is frequently required to bend over, twist, reach above shoulder level, crouch or stoop, kneel, repetitively use feet, and use head and neck in a twisting or static motion and to look up and/or down, and lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
