About this job
We are looking for Lawn Care Technicians with excellent customer service skills. Successful candidates will manage a territory of valued residential customers and perform professional lawn treatments while minimizing customer cancellations and maximizing customer satisfaction. Experience is preferred but not necessary, just a good attitude. Responsibilities: Apply fertilizers and pesticides to residential lawns while working independentlyProvide excellent customer service and respond to inquiriesInspect and diagnosis weeds, diseases and other conditions on clients' properties.
Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalentValid driver's license and good driving recordAbility to work independently in a team environmentExcellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to lift 50+ lbs. regularlyEnjoy working outside.
