Working Maintenance SUpervisor - Full-time

WORKING MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR Full Time 40 hours Responsible for exercising working supervision over a crew of two employees engaged in unskilled and skilled laboring tasks, includes active participation in repair and maintenance of buildings and grounds. Requiring skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, boiler and roof repairs, snow removal and landscaping. Working experience of but not limited to building construction and maintenance principles, practices and techniques and operation and maintenance of mechanical equipment. Required to lift heavy objects and work under adverse conditions such as snow, sleet, heat, cold and dirt. Requires valid Mass. Drivers License, minimum 3 years supervisory experience. Working experience in related trades, including but not limited to heating, carpentry, plumbing and electricity. Must pass CORI. Mass. Construction Supervisor license preferred. Salary $57,616.00.
