Full & Part Time Staff Positions Available

At Kid's Court, you'll find caring, well qualified staff to provide safe and nurturing early learning experiences for your child. We are currently looking for talented and caring individuals with a background in child care to fill full & part time positions with benefits. Every Kid's Court teacher and staff member attends an Orientation Program to learn and fully understand the policies and guidelines set forth by Pennsylvania's Department of Public Welfare and the Keystone Stars Program. All teachers and staff receive Fire Safety training annually, and renew their Pediatric First Aid certificate, which includes infant through adult CPR, every 3 years.  As a proud participant in Pennsylvania's Keystone Stars program, Kid's Court requires every teacher and staff member to attend a minimum of 12 course hours of professional development annually. Our Director works one-on-one with each staff member to identify appropriate training needs, arrange attendance, and then document new learning and skills in the staff member's Professional Development Record (PDR).
