Monday -Thursday, 30 hours beginning May 1st.
Duties include all client account service work, processing applications, compiling investment summaries and tracking performance in excel. Additional tasks of assisting in daily emails follow-ups, scheduling appts, filing, license tracking, correspondence, compliance and office management. Requires a self-starter that will take the initiative, can work independently, manage your time, highly organized with paper and tasks and be able to meet deadlines. Requires strong attention to detail and advanced excel as well as knowledge of office duties. Must be a quick learner and have knowledge of investments or related degree.
