Description Dining Room Attendants (DRA) assist servers and supervisors in providing quality food and beverage service to guests courteously and efficiently. Responsibilities include: water service during all meals and bread and butter
service at dinner; resets tables to standards; and stocks and maintains all items needed for resets during work shift. The DRA will also assist in the maintenance of the dining room, side stations, kitchen service areas, dish breakdown area and service equipment. ($10.50
or more an hour based on business volume and including tips)

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar position is strongly preferred, particularly in a fine dining or upscale restaurant.
·
Commitment to delivering world class internal/external guest service and the ability to work successfully as part of a dynamic, guest-service oriented team.
·
Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to perform essential job functions with speed and accuracy.
·
Strong organizational and time management skills; can prioritize work effectively and multi-task as needed.
·
Ability to be proactive and take initiative as appropriate.
·
Should be able to anticipate and understand guest needs, and follow up with them appropriately.
·
Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment with deadlines, and exercise good judgment.
·
Some shifts may require applicants to be at least 18 years of age.
Physical Requirements:
·
Lift, carry, push and pull 25-50 pounds; lift and carry 25-50 pounds on a large serving tray, above shoulder level, with one hand.
·
Endure various physical movements throughout work areas and over duration of work shift.
·
Ability to work in an environment that may include variable temperature conditions, noise levels, outdoor environments, exposure to fumes, dust and chemicals.
·
