POSITION DESCRIPTION:

This position will be responsible for assisting in the day to day operation of assigned F&B outlet(s). This positon will also oversee servers, bartenders, food runners, and Supervisors. Ensures a fun and attractive atmosphere is maintained so that guests
and employees alike recognize the outlet to be the area restaurant of choice. Ensures operations run pursuant to property standards and all food is ordered, plated, delivered and rung up according to brand standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:
  • Collaborating with the manager and staff to support the F&B team members in maintaining the daily operations of the outlet(s).
  • Assisting the manager with scheduling and labor management of the outlet(s)
  • Maintaining inventory and COS controls
  • Assisting manager in the training and development of staff
  • Budget, PNL, forecasting analysis and shaping.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • This position will directly supervise line level employees in our F&B outlets.

Requirements

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
  • Ability to speak, read and write in English.
  • Ability to speak, read and write in Spanish preferred.
  • 2 years of directly relevant supervisory experience.
  • 5 years of relevant food and beverage experience.
  • Resort, theme park or similar experience preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be accepted.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
  • Food and Beverage Management State Certification.
  • TIPS Certified
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong active listening skills.
  • Ability to motivate, engage and lead employees.
  • Anticipate customer / property needs.
  • Ability to maintain excellent guest service.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

While performing the duties of this job the employee will be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Will be required to bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and operate hand tools (may include operating industrial machinery). Must be able to lift
between thirty to fifty pounds. Specific work assignments may change without notice. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

The majority of work will be performed in a non-climate-controlled environment, will be exposed to severe inclement weather and varying degrees of extreme temperature. Will be exposed to various industrial chemicals, cleaning agents, etc. Will be exposed
to strong odors, and loud noise levels.

WORK SCHEDULE/HOURS:

Schedules will vary depending on business needs, and may entail working nights, weekends and holidays. Must be flexible to work outside of normal departmental operating hours.
