Hojeij Branded Foods (HBF) is looking for a Sous chef for our Cat Cora’s Kitchen on A concourse inside Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.

HBF is a young, dynamic and growing company operating Iron Chef Cat Cora’s Kitchen in the world’s busiest airport.

Our ideal candidate would have minimum of one years’ experience as a Sous Chef in a faced paced restaurant, 3 years in culinary field and possess the following traits

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to set pars
  • Inventory control
  • Proficient at maintaining food costs and ordering
  • Develop strong trusting relationships in order to gain support and achieve results
  • Be flexible and available to interact with employees at all levels
  • Be self-directed and motivated
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
